Royal Rangers
Outpost Coordinator: Rev. Danny Kolander

Since its inception in 1962, the focus of Royal Rangers has been to reach, teach, and keep boys for Jesus Christ. It has never been a babysitting service or an activities program to keep the boys busy. This ministry was established for the purpose of evangelism and discipleship. Royal Rangers welcomes boys as vibrant members of the church. Boys will be drawn to Royal Rangers activities and will stay, grow, and learn because they can be involved in ministry, missions, activities, and leadership.

Our Strategy: Minister to the Whole Boy

Royal Rangers seeks to accomplish its mission by meeting boys’ needs and encouraging them to grow. Using Luke 2:52 as the basis by which boys grow mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially, the Royal Rangers ministry has been developed to train the whole boy. The materials and resources have all been developed to be appropriate for boys at their age level. Consideration has also been made for boys of the same age with varying degrees of developmental abilities.

Our Methods: Provide Opportunities for Growth

  1. Biblical Teaching
  2. Church Attendance
  3. Activities
  4. Leadership Opportunities
  5. Personal & Moral Development
  6. Mentoring Relationships
  7. Advancement
